In order to bring guests to campus, they must be registered with the University in accordance with the guest policy, which is outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. 

Registering a guest can be done easily in just a few minutes by filling out the form below. You may also view the form in a new window.

The confirmation email that you receive after completing this simple form is now your guest pass. You can keep this pass on your phone or print out a copy.

As a reminder, you must be with any guest that you bring to campus at all times and able to produce a copy of this email as your pass to university staff and Campus Safety. Vehicle passes for guest vehicles are still obtained through Campus Safety Dispatch.
